Our History

Bristol Lake consists of 245 homes, built on a quiet, tree-adorned parcel of land that was at one time a horse ranch. Homes were first built here in the early 1990's with the final homes completed in 2001.

Bristol Lake provides well-lit streets, sidewalks, a community pool, community fishing privileges and beautifully manicured common areas to enjoy. We have a wonderful community park with a children's playground. Bristol Lake is in the West Clermont School District.

The community is rich in character and personality. This is reflected in the spirit of community involvement and a sense of stewardship found within our community. We strive to protect Bristol Lake from becoming anything less than a wonderful place to raise a family or to enjoy the peace and quiet of senior living.
